At Connections with GOD, I (Orban) blend a strong biblical background with a reflective and contemplative processes, always led by the Holy Spirit. This approach ensures a spiritually enriching and deeply personal experience. It offers personal interaction taking into account your own personality traits, spiritual or church traditions, felt needs, and desires. Whether you are looking for guidance strictly from the Word or something more contemplative in God's presence, I am happy to walk your path with you.
What to Expect in a One-on-One
A typical spiritual direction session involves sitting with you in GOD's presence, helping you recognize GOD and His movements in your life. A non-judgemental approach allows you to explore the reality of GOD and learn practical ways of growing that connection no matter your spiritual traditions. God is the ultimate Director. I am simply privileged to sit with you, in His presence and help facilitate a greater awareness of His presence and movements in your life.
Mentoring takes a slightly different approach. While both are done, sitting together in the presence of God, mentoring is much more about questions and answers. If you are puzzling about something personal or have Biblical or spiritual questions that you would like input on, I would be happy to sit with you
